We do not share your contact information (name, email) with the AI service provider as part of the assessment conversation itself, though we retain that contact information separately for follow-up purposes.

Limitations and Accuracy. You acknowledge and agree that:

ARIA’s coverage scores and gap identifications are directional and educational, not authoritative or comprehensive
ARIA’s assessments are based on general industry knowledge and guidelines, not on a review of your actual policy documents
ARIA does not have access to your insurance policies and cannot identify all coverage gaps or issues
A complete coverage review requires consultation with a licensed agent and review of your specific policy documents
ARIA may make errors, miss issues relevant to your situation, or provide information that does not fit your circumstances perfectly
Merrill Insurance Agency makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of ARIA’s assessments

No Coverage Bound. Use of ARIA does not bind, place, or modify any insurance coverage. No insurance coverage is in effect through your interaction with ARIA. Coverage is only in effect once a formal insurance policy has been issued by a licensed insurance carrier and confirmed in writing.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Merrill Insurance Agency assumes no liability for any actions taken or not taken based on ARIA’s assessments, including but not limited to coverage purchases, coverage changes, lapses in coverage, or coverage continuations.
